8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Registration (Pavilion)
2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Hospitality Room open.  (Wiley Post Suite)
3:00 p.m.   Vendor Set-Up
5:00 p.m. Viewing of race birds.  Enjoy pizza and beer. (Pavilion)
6:00 p.m.   Shipping (Pavilion)  Let us know if you will be arriving late.  We will load
your birds last.
7:15 p.m. Meet in the hotel lobby to depart for fondue dessert at the
renowned Melting Pot in Bricktown - (Must have pre-registered for Melting
Pot by mail.)

7:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Free continental breakfast available in the hospitality room. (Wiley Post Suite)
7:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. Registration.  (Pavilion)
9:00 a.m. - ? Vendor Exhibits open
4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Registration  (Pavilion)
5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Hospitality Room open. (Wiley Post Suite)

 

RACE DAY BUS SCHEDULE

9:00 a.m. Bus leaves hotel to go to Continental Breeding Station for 13th Annual
.                                                     AU Youth Race.
10:00 a.m. Bus leaves for World of Wings.
11:00 a.m. Lunch at World of Wings, then on to the race lofts of your
.                                                     choice.  Bus will run continuously between lofts throughout the day.
4:30 p.m. Final bus return to hotel.
